Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) is a free service available to any one, regardless of income, looking for a quality child care environment to enhance the total development of their children. The Early Learning Coalition of Brevard's Child Care Resource and Referral program is affiliated with Florida's CCR&R Network which maintains the only comprehensive statewide database of child care, school readiness, school age programs and service providers.
