Students must be 4 years-old on or before September 1, 2011 and reside in Florida to be eligible for the Summer VPK program.
If you would like to register your child for Summer VPK, please visit our Rockledge or Melbourne office (addresses below). You will need to provide the following documents in order to register your child for the summer VPK program:

Completed VPK application (download an application or apply online)

Child's birth certificate (original or certified copy)

Proof of residency (such as your driver's license and/or utility bill *must show physical residence - not PO Box).
After completing the application, providing the required documentation and meeting with a VPK representative, you will be issued a Certificate of Eligibility which can be used to enroll with an approved VPK Provider of your choice.
